You may not use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s account, or submit content that is knowingly deceptive or harmful.

An account is for the person or business represented during registration. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should contact us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

A verified email is required before posting or messaging. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including vehicle descriptions, specifications, condition, price, and photos.

Listings are submitted by users and may be reviewed before publication. A listing does not constitute a guarantee of vehicle condition, ownership, title, availability, or suitability. Buyers should independently inspect equipment and verify documents before making a decision.

The marketplace provides listing discovery and private messaging; it does not process payment, financing, title transfer, or vehicle delivery. Users arrange transactions directly and should use appropriate independent safeguards.

Sign-in and automated-abuse checks may be provided by third-party service providers. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices, in addition to the information on our Privacy page.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of the final published terms will indicate when the latest revision took effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
